The Logistics Cluster has resumed transport services to non-government controlled areas (NGCAs) for organisations which have received authorization to operate in those areas.

The Logistics Cluster facilitated the transportation of more than 800 mt of humanitarian cargo to NGCAs during the reporting period (between 5 October and 12 November).

Limited entry points to NGCAs, risk of UXOs, on-going fighting hamper the delivery of humanitarian cargo to the affected population in the East of Ukraine.
