The President of Ingushetia Murat Zyazikov says no cut off of running water, gas and other facilities in 'Bella' refugee camp until 1 Chechen Refugee remains in Ingushetia.
President Zyazikov pledged during his meeting Thursday with Ruslan Badalov, the leader of "Chechen Committee for National Salvation, that all facilities in the camp be restored. Moreover, Murat Zyazikov charged the minister of Interior to stop the abuses in the camp. The service workers have reportedly began Friday restoring gas pipe lines in 'Bella' camp.

Chechen refugees abducted in Ingushetia during the last few days are gone missing. Chechen sources said that Chechen refugees Aslan Ir=FDshanov and Lechi Bunhayev are abducted from Novy Redant Market Place on the 20th of July 2003. The abduction victims are originally from Samashky village in Achkhoi-Martan region in Chechnya. The victims were sheltering in a house in the city of Malgobek. Another Chechen youth named Anzor is also missing. Malgobek Security Officials gave no clue on their fate.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Chechen Republic of Ichkeria issued an Official Statement on 29/07/2003 and stated "WE URGE ITALIAN PREMIER SILVIO BERLUSCONI, ARRIVING TODAY TO MOSCOW IN HIS CAPACITY AS THE PRESIDENT OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, TO CONVINCE PRESIDENT PUTIN TO COMMENCE A GENUINE RUSSIAN-CHECHEN DIALOGUE.
