Press release: New guidance on Managing Child Safeguarding Allegations
(London 21 June 2016) Keeping Children Safe has launched new guidance to support organisations to manage investigations into allegations of child abuse. The guidance is based on International Child Safeguarding Standards, and draws on the collective expertise and experience of our global network of members.
(London 10 May 2016) Keeping Children Safe, the global network working to keep the world’s most vulnerable children safe from abuse and exploitation, has released a free online audit tool in Arabic for organisations to determine whether they are doing all they can to protect children.
Keeping Children Safe set the International Child Safeguarding Standards used in almost every country in the world and this new tool measures how far (or near) an organisation is from meeting these standards and identifies where they need to improve.
Keeping Children Safe has just released an easy to use online self-audit to determine an organisations strengths and weaknesses in keeping children safe. By completing the short, 30 minute self-audit organisations can measure how far (or near) they are from meeting standards on making children safe, and where they need to improve.
