British NGO Cleared Ground Demining and its national NGO partner in Guinea Bissau LUTCAM (Lutamos Todos Contra As Minas), announced on the 30th October 2007 that their ERW (Explosive Remnants of War) Removal Program had reached the milestone of destroying a total of one million bullets collected from excess military munitions stockpiles.
