UNIVERSITY =A0 of Lubumbashi students who were displaced during Mobutu's Lubumbashi massacre of 1990 are now faced with a new challenge - to return to what has now been renamed the Democratic Republic of Congo or to continue living as refugees in neighbouring countries. Some of those living in Zambia have indicated that it could be safer for the them to stay here than to go back to DRC because they fear receiving the same treatment the deposed President meted out to them.
