The Human Development Forum Foundation (HDFF) would like to inform you about 5 days outdoor field training workshop on Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) to be held in Naresuan Camp, Huahin Thailand from 26 - 30 November 2018.The training is being organized to improve participants’ skills in hostile environment, following international regulations in these settings. The training will be conducted by experienced and culturally sensitive facilitators in an utmost participatory way and has in its core a 3 day field exercise.

This course is designed to focus on internal and external project evaluation and introduce tools that are used to measure and improve the performance of projects. The participants follow a step by step approach for the understanding of the process of designing and performing an evaluation.
The 2.5-days HDFF designed Stay Safe Training “Skills T” aims to enable implementing personnel in establishing professional Travel Risk Management, ranging from relevant travel information, travel warnings, and tracking capabilities for female staff members.

This capacity building training workshop is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of mid to senior level program/project managers working in government ministries/departments, civil society organizations and the donor community including UN agencies and bilateral aid agencies to understand the intricacy of RBM and the Monitoring & Evaluation system.
This course is intended to clarify the concepts of C4SD by focusing on social and ecological approaches to address policy advocacy, analyzing risk behaviors related to health and how to induce behavior change through strategic communication and infrastructure (power, supply) that affect the ability to communicate. Emphasis will be on how cultural, social, economic and political factors influence the individual’s choices and behavior in relation to health, prevention of diseases and health-seeking behaviors.
