On April 24, the CSIS Global Health Policy Center will host a major day-long conference on comprehensive prevention and control of cervical cancer. It will open with a keynote presentation on the global burden of cervical cancer, projected trends in a number of key countries, and major methods of prevention and treatment. It will feature expert roundtables on experiences with the HPV vaccine in low, middle, and high-income countries; innovative partnerships such as the Pink Ribbon Red Ribbon Initiative; and what lies ahead in addressing the challenge of cervical cancer on a global scale.
