Masterclass | Theory of Change: Planning for Impact

Date: 21 April 2026, from 09:30 to 16:30.

Masterclass Description: Every meaningful change starts with a clear vision of where you want to go and how you’ll get there. A Theory of Change (ToC) helps you connect your organisation’s ambitions with the concrete steps needed to achieve real impact.

This masterclass is designed for professionals who want to understand and apply the ToC approach in a practical way. Whether you are designing or managing projects, developing strategies, or strengthening your organisation’s impact orientation, this session will help you make your work more focused, evidence-based and communicable.

Through a combination of short inputs, practical exercises and peer exchange, you will learn how to design and evaluate a Theory of Change that supports learning, accountability and collaboration.
