Leadership in a Complex World

Dates: 7 and 14 April 2026 - 2 days with 1 week in between (to apply insights from week 1)

Working in an international environment often means leading people through change and uncertainty. Cultures, perspectives and expectations can differ widely, making it challenging to stay clear, connected and effective as a leader. This course helps you strengthen your leadership in such contexts – by staying true to yourself, communicating with confidence, and guiding others through complexity and change.

During this 2-day course, you will explore what authentic leadership means to you and how to apply it in practice. You will learn to navigate diverse teams, manage transitions with clarity, and create space for collaboration and trust. Between the two in-person sessions, you will work on short assignments that link the learning directly to your daily reality.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Recognise your personal leadership style and use it with confidence
  • Communicate clearly and build trust in diverse teams
  • Lead change in a calm and structured way, even in complex settings
  • Reflect on your leadership identity and apply your insights into daily work
  • Strengthen collaboration and shared ownership across cultures
