Dates: 13 and 27 October 2026 - 2 days with 1 week in between.
Description: Turning facts and figures into powerful stories is not easy. Many organisations collect valuable data yet struggle to show the real meaning of their work. Numbers alone rarely convince funders, policymakers, or the communities you serve. How do you demonstrate that your project creates genuine social change—and make it resonate with others?
This course helps you bridge the gap between data and storytelling. You will learn how to frame evidence in an inclusive way, highlight who truly benefits, and communicate impact even in politically sensitive contexts. With practical tools and participatory approaches, you will be able to turn your results into narratives that inspire, persuade, and create visibility for your cause.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Define the key elements for designing an inclusive Theory of Change that reflects diverse perspectives.
- Set up a monitoring system that generates reliable and meaningful evidence.
- Measure social change, by working with practical indicators that capture real effects for people and communities.
- Use strategies for addressing political and contextual challenges when presenting results.
- Choosing the right communication tools and using storytelling to connect with different audiences.
