Training & Facilitation Skills

In our rapidly evolving world, the cornerstone of success is lifelong learning. As trainers/facilitators, to enhance and expedite this lifelong learning it is crucial to be driven by the desired impact, to understand the brain and to be familiar with diverse and engaging training methods. Equally important is self-awareness – understanding your style, role and responsibility – in order to handle group dynamics.

In this course we put all these elements together in a dynamic training, practicing what we preach and building up a programme that turns you into an excellent trainer and facilitator.

This course is conducted in English.

By the end of this course you:

  • Can design a training trajectory based on how the brain works and the training needs of the participants
  • Are an engaging trainer, able to keep the attention of the group and flexible in using different training methods
  • Feel confident in front of the group, aware of your own role and responsibility as trainer and at ease to present to diverse groups
  • Guide group processes and promote positive group dynamics to create a safe learning environment.

Dates

E-learning self-paced: 12 hours, to be completed from 27/10/25 to 21/11/2025 on our e-learning platform. On-location: 24 to 28 November 2025 (7 hours per day)

Your profile

You are a professional involved in learning and development. You design and facilitate training trajectories/sessions and workshops. You are enthusiastic about learning and keen to see people grow and being engaged. You are open to support and feedback on your training competencies.

Blended Course

In this blended course, we combine an online self-paced phase with in-person sessions. In the 3 weeks before the on-location sessions, you will meet with one of the trainers and work at your own pace on a learning platform (2–3 hours a week). This will be followed by an in-person training in Ede, the Netherlands, where we delve into our own cases, practice training methods, facilitate group dynamics, and follow the training cycle from training analysis to evaluation. On the last day, you will confidently give a mini master training, combining all the learning.
