This high-level session on AAP will draw from the outcome of the remote sessions organized as part of the Area of Common Concern on Accountability to Affected Populations. It will focus on the key actions required from humanitarian leadership to make AAP a reality and to "address the asymmetry of power that currently defines the relationship between humanitarian agencies and affected people" as stated in the recent IASC Principals’ statement on AAP.
