The Red Cross Red Crescent Learning platform (www.ifrc.org/learning-platform) is an online learning community for National Society volunteers and staff, as well as partners and the general public. It delivers free, high-quality, multilingual Red Cross Red Crescent and other learning opportunities to support the personal and professional development of volunteers and staff.

Learning resources are created by IFRC subject matter experts, National Society expert teams and third-party course developers. There are also various social learning tools, including communities, cohort-based courses, and playlists.

The Learning Platform is available to be used by all Red Cross Red Crescent youth, volunteer and staff members worldwide as well as those working in partner agencies and the general public.
