Humanitarian programme: managing people & organisations

Who should attend: persons already working or willing to work as a manager in the humanitarian sector..
Prerequisites: mandatory Previous experience in project or programme management. Level of English proficiency: B2 minimum (according to European language levels - Self Assessment Grid)
- To enable participants to choose and apply appropriate tools to manage themselves, other people, and organisations involved in humanitarian programmes.
- Define and implement safety & security measures adapted to a specific context. Mitigate the risk and enable the programme implementation in a volatile context.
