ReliefWeb posts announcements for learning opportunities such as training courses, conferences, lectures, workshops and academic programmes on behalf of organizations as a free service in accordance with its mandate to strengthen the response capacity of the humanitarian community.
These announcements should be:
- Relevant to humanitarian professionals and other ReliefWeb users who are seeking learning opportunities in the humanitarian or related sectors;
- Offered by organizations that provide learning opportunities in support of humanitarian and related activities.
ReliefWeb reserves the right to refuse publication of announcements, including those that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria or are deemed to discriminate on the basis of race, colour, sex, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the organization grants ReliefWeb a worldwide, non-exclusive right to use their logos, trademarks, and tradenames for non-commercial use including, without limitation, the promotion of training courses in the ReliefWeb website, social media, mobile apps, and associated promotional events.
ReliefWeb makes all attempts to ensure the authenticity of each announcement published, but assumes no responsibility for the posting of fraudulent material. Organizations posting on ReliefWeb are responsible for ensuring that their work does not breach anti-plagiarism and/or copyright guidelines. If an organization is deemed to have plagiarised content, they will be immediately and irrevocably banned from ReliefWeb.
ReliefWeb is not responsible for the use of published announcements by other parties, and encourages advertisers to monitor such unauthorized use of their announcements.
