Rep. of Korea: Torrential Rains - Sep 1984

During the period of 31 August to 2 September 1984 torrential rain, with falls of up to 63 cm, hit the central region, Kyunggido, and Kangwondo. Other provinces reportedly affected were Chungchongdo, Kyongsangdo, and Chollado. (UN DHA, 3 Sep 1984)
