Algeria: Floods - Nov 1994

Following heavy rains and flooding from early October 1994 in the Tindouf area of Algeria, additional torrential rains between 29-31 October aggravated the flood situation. Sahwari refugees were especially affected, El Aiun camp suffered the most severe damage including 8 deaths. OCHA, 02 Nov 1994
