Torrential rain, with hail up to 4 cm in diameter, hit districts of Osh and Djalalabad last week. Simultaneously an earthquake measuring 7 on Richter scale occurred in same region, with epicenter near village of Burgandi-Nookat. […] Human casualties: 4 dead, about 20,000 people affected.
