Overview
2013 had been very significant for the Zimbabwe Red Cross Society (ZRCS) as it experienced a new start with the ushering in of a new Governing Board and a new Secretary General. This was followed with a roadmap to constructively plan the future of the National Society (NS), with the development of a Turnaround Strategy. This has been very significant in the society’s forward movement efforts and the related recorded positive results during the period under review. Also in 2013, the long term planning framework was modified and this report has been made against this plan to support the NS.
