Between 12 November and 12 December 2024, DTM teams (70 enumerators) conducted drought assessments in three provinces (Southern, Western, and North-Western). The assessment focused on the number of IDP arrivals, departures, and returns due to drought and other climate-related factors, as well as the basic needs and vulnerabilities of each population group. Data collection was based on key informant interviews conducted at ward level across 577 wards in 37 districts.
