Despite the evolving COVID-19 situation in Zambia, WFP has continued to provide critical lifesaving food assistance to drought-affected populations in 16 districts (see Table II) based on available resources. In targeted districts, WFP continued to deliver government-supplied maize meal and WFP-procured beans and peas, to some 220,160 and 315,473 people respectively.
