Population movements are a major factor in the crisis in Yemen, as people on the move often face greater difficulty in meeting their basic needs and protecting their rights. In Yemen, these movements affect over 1.5 million people, including people displaced by conflict, people returning home after conflict, migrants and refugees from abroad, and a growing number of returning Yemeni migrant workers.
