As of 31 May 2015, the Yemen HPF had a 2015 budget forecast of US$299 million, of which US$17 million have been received and US$282 million pledged contributions by donors. During April and May, the YHPF conducted two allocations to provide urgent life-saving response to the humanitarian needs identified in the Yemen Flash Appeal. Through the Reserve Allocation, the YHPF allocated US$10 million to 20 new projects. Through the Flash Appeal Allocation, the YHPF recommended 27 project proposals with a total cost of $266 million, which remain in pipeline until sufficient donor contributions have been received. At the end of May, the unallocated balance of available funding was $4.5 million. Based upon available resources and outstanding donor pledges, the YHPF launched a new $10 million allocation on 26 May to support Flash Appeal priorities in Health, Protection, Shelter/NFI, and WASH. As of end of May, 40 projects are under implementation, of which four have been monitored to date.
