ALLOCATIONS IN 2025

First Standard Allocation: In line with the 2025 Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) statement on the humanitarian reset, the YHF kicked-off a US$20.6 million allocation in March. The allocation focuses on saving lives by reducing morbidity and mortality through the delivery of integrated and multi-sectoral life-saving interventions, prioritizing key activities underpinning the reprioritization exercise of the 2025 Yemen Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan. In particular, the allocation will address the compounded needs of women, girls, and other marginalized and vulnerable groups such as internally displaced persons and older persons, while mitigating protection risks in their environment.

First Reserve Allocation: A $2 million allocation was launched to support a locally driven community initiative that aims to provide life-saving humanitarian water, sanitation and hygiene assistance to crisis-affected people across conflict lines in Taiz.
