This quarter, 930 feedback entries were received - a relative 78% drop from the baseline. All feedback was requests for assistance, services, or repairs, with no general questions about assistance received this quarter. A number of factors have likely contributed to the continued reduction in feedback namely reduced capacity due to funding constraints, escalating conflict and operational changes.
While feedback declined across all locations, Al Jufainah IDP camp in Marib saw the largest drop—down 89% from the baseline—due to the scaling back of its dedicated feedback team. Most feedback there concerned requests for NFI kits and inclusion on the resident list.
