Yemen: Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) (January - June 2025)

Between January and June 2025, humanitarian partners in Yemen delivered critical Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) to support vulnerable populations across 21 governorates and 208 districts. This snapshot provides an overview of the reach, scale, and both sectoral and multisectoral distribution of CVA interventions, highlighting the collective efforts of 58 partners who disbursed over USD 48.57 million in assistance. Through sectoral approaches, including food security, protection, and shelter, and multisectoral interventions such as the Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM) and Refugees and Migrants Multi-Sector (RMMS), over 1.14 million individuals received life-saving support. Notably, 274,000 people benefited from Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA), with USD 16.31 million disbursed to help mitigate the impacts of ongoing conflict, economic instability, and displacement.
