- The 2016 Yemen Humanitarian Response Plan was launched on 18 February seeking USD 1.8 billion to assist over 13.6 million people.
- Co-led by UNHCR and IOM, the Task Force on Population Movement published its 7th report validating a total figure of 2,430,178 IDPs in Yemen.
- Lack of electricity in Markazi camp, Obock, remains an issue both for refugees and for partners working in the camp.
