The UAE will commission a military medical hospital in Seyoun to deliver health services to people affected by floods and heavy rains which swept Yemen over the past few days.
A UAE military medical team arrived in Seyoun yesterday to build the field hospital.
Dr. Hussein Al Hadad, Director of Public Health Office, Hadramout Province, said:'The field hospital is part of UAE urgent relief assistance to flood-affected population. The health facility is equipped with modern operation theatres where different kinds of surgeries can be conducted.
He announced that another UAE medical team would arrive to assist the current team.
