The Australian Government will provide an additional $5 million in humanitarian assistance for Yemen in 2023. We will deliver life-saving nutrition, water and other essential services through the UN Children’s Fund. This builds on Australia’s previous humanitarian assistance to Yemen, bringing the total to $10 million since September 2022, and $60 million since 2017. Australia stands with the Yemeni people to address the humanitarian emergency in their country.
