IOM Yemen DTM’s Rapid Displacement Tracking (RDT) tool collects data on estimated numbers of households forced to flee on a daily basis from their locations of origin or displacement, allowing for regular reporting of new displacements in terms of estimated numbers, geography, and needs. It also tracks returnees who returned to their location of origin.

From 1 January to 14 February 2026, IOM Yemen DTM tracked 600 households (HH) (3,600 Individuals) who experienced displacement at least once.

Between 8 and 14 February 2026, IOM Yemen DTM tracked 41 households (246 individuals) displaced at least once. The majority of people moved into/within the following governorates and districts:

  • Ma’rib (29 HHs) – Marib City (18 HHs), Marib (8 HHs), Harib (3 HHs) districts. Most displacements in the governorate originated from Taiz and Hadramawt.
  • Hadramawt (8 HHs) – Haridah (3 HHs), Al Abr (2 HHs), Amd (1 HHs) districts. Most displacements in the governorate originated from Ibb and Al Hodeidah.
  • Al Hodeidah (4 HHs) – Al Khukhah (2 HHs), Hays (2 HHs) districts. All displacements in the governorate were internal.
  • The majority of people moved from the following governorates and districts:
  • Ibb (8 HHs) – Ibb (2 HHs), Al Qafr (2 HHs), Al Odayn (1 HHs) districts.
  • Al Hodeidah (7 HHs) – Hays (3 HHs), Al Khukhah (2 HHs), At Tuhayta (2 HHs) districts.
  • Hadramawt (7 HHs) – Al Mukalla (6 HHs), Sayun (1 HHs) districts.

IOM identified 15 additional households displaced in the previous reporting period, which covered 01 - 07 February 2026, in the governorates of Marib (13 HHs), and Hadramawt (2 HHs). These figures have been added to the cumulative displacement total recorded since the beginning of the year.
