Overview: The governorates of Ad Dhale'e, Taiz, and Ibb are facing significant humanitarian issues, particularly related to protection risks due to the prolonged conflict, socioeconomic instability, and limited access to basic services. Key protection risks include threats to life, safety, and security from hostilities, floods, cholera outbreaks, shelling, and housing, land, and property-related risks such as forced evictions affecting vulnerable populations, including IDP families, Muhamasheen, women, girls, and children.
