- The Health Cluster will share the CCPM link with partners and follow up to ensure all partners complete the survey by December 31, 2024.

- Health cluster to conduct a one-day workshop to discuss the results of CCPM 2024.

- The Health Cluster will nominate two local and two international NGOs to attend the HNRP workshop organized by OCHA and MoPIC.

- Health cluster to share with partners the final result of OCV campaign once completed

- Health cluster to share with partners the INTERSOS KAP survey results
