These guidelines for the Consolidated Appeals
Process aim to help CAP Country Teams produce high-quality documents for
the process, and for this purpose provide practical guidance on:
- Organisation of the Appeal document
- Procedures for finalising and launching
the Appeals
- Text formatting
- Timetable for CAP/CHAP preparation
- Revisions to the Appeal
The Guidelines should be read in supplement
to the 1994 IASC Approved Guidelines on the
CAP, which outline the policy framework for
the Consolidated Appeals Process.
