In 2014, the Surge Capacity Section (SCS) in the Emergency Services Branch carried out 209 deployments to 29 countries: 93 from the Emergency Response Roster (ERR), 72 from the Stand-By Partnership Programme (SBPP), 33 from the Associates Surge Pool (ASP), eight from the Senior Surge roster and three from the Roaming Emergency Surge Officer (RESO)/Roaming Operational Stability Officer (ROSO) roster.
