As part of its effort to continually improve,
refine and maximise its impact, UNDP offers a Results Oriented Annual Report
(ROAR) to examine the progress towards strategic development outcomes in
2000.
Aiming to serve as a barometer of change
towards sustainable human development at the country level in areas UNDP
is mandated to support, this detailed and wide-ranging account gives a
comprehensive analysis of trends and performance in all key practice areas
according to clearly defined criteria.
The report is used as the principal source
of information for UNDP headquarters and country offices to understand
and accurately assess development results, but also aims to be of use to
multiple audiences throughout UNDP and beyond.
