Mumps
· Marshall Islands: As of 31 March there have been 223 probable cases seen since October 2016. Majority of cases are in the 10-14 years age group. Schools have been advised to review the students immunisation cases to ensure students have received 2(two) doses of the Measles, Mumps, Rubella vaccine which is administered routinely. Dengue
· Vanuatu: dengue serotype-2 outbreak ongoing with 2,591 cases as of 6 April 2017, including 104 (4%) hospitalisations (since Nov 2016). The weekly number of cases is decreasing. Source: Vanuatu MoH
• New Caledonia: As of 6 April 2017 there have been 2,404 cases since 1 September 2016. There have been 3 deaths reported. Dengue virus serotypes 1, 2 and 3 are in circulation. Source: Department of Health & Social Affairs, New Caledonia
· Solomon Islands: As of 19 March 2017, there have been 11,875 cases since 15 August 2016. The majority of cases have been reported from Honiara (9,082 cases or 77%) and Guadalcanal (2263 cases or 19%) provinces respectively. Individuals less than 24 years of age constituted approximately 60% of the cases.
A total of 15 suspected dengue cases were admitted to the National Referral Hospital (in Week 11 (13 to 19 March, 2017) making the total number of hospitalizations since 15 August 2016 to be 809. Hepatitis A
