The ICRC provides a number of digital tools for teaching and learning international humanitarian law. The digital tools range from treaty and customary law databases, academic and reference publications, to handbooks and training materials. They target a broad range of audiences and include both introductory and advanced-level publications.

In addition to facilitating access to individual resources, the present overview lists the best ways of staying up-to-date with the development of new tools and following the humanitarian law and policy debate under the ICRC's auspices by means of the organization's online platforms, blogs and newsletter.
