This edition of the humanitarian civil-military coordination Newsletter provides information related to the Final Planning Conference (FPC) of the ASEAN Regional Forum Disaster Relief Exercise (ARF DiREx 2015). The FPC took place in Alor Setar, Kedah, Malaysia between 3 and 6 February 2015.
In addition, the Newsletter focuses on the key outcomes of a round table discussion held by humanitarian actors (OCHA, WFP and UNICEF) with the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management & Humanitarian Assistance (CFE-DMHA)
