23-24 April: In Medegouer locality, Koza commune, Mayo Tsanaga division, Far North province, the village health centre was looted by Boko Haram militia overnight. Solar panels from the centre were stolen. Source: Sembe TV

13 April 2025: In Mahagi territory, Ituri province, the Nioka Hospital was raided in the night by armed groups who assaulted hospital staff. As a result, medical staff were relocated away from the area due to rising insecurity, forcing the hospital to suspend medical services for 18,000 people. Source: OCHA News

14 April 2025: In Mahagi territory, Ituri province, the Medical Director of Nioka Referral Health Centre (Kambala Health Zone) was attacked in his own home by men with firearms at 8pm. Source: Actualite

15 April 2025: In Ngote town, Ituri province, Bleha Hospital was stormed by unidentified armed men just before 9pm. They forced open the entrance door and fired shots inside the facility while searching for a doctor working at the hospital. The doctor, who was hiding inside the building, alerted the army, and the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (FARDC) arrived shortly after. An exchange of gunfire took place and lasted several minutes. Source: Radio Okapi

18 April 2025: In Masisi town, North Kivu province, an MSF nurse of the general referral hospital was shot in the chest twice and killed in his home in the evening by two men in military uniforms with assault rifles.
