Opening and Introduction
The meeting opened with welcoming remarks from Vlad Cozma, RCWG Technical Advisor, who introduced the new RCWG co-chairs: Veronica Moretti (WFP), Fadhil Yusri Aksa (IFRC), Rhinadel Cañete (OCHA)
The Chair highlighted the importance of increased engagement in light of recent global funding challenges and outlined the agenda:
• Analysis of U.S. funding cuts on Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA)
• Presentation of the draft RCWG Roadmap 2025–2027
• Planning for the third joint RCWG-AA Technical Working Group guidance note
• Open discussion and call for review panel volunteers
