- Heavy rainfall has been affecting parts of Vietnam over the past few days, triggering landslides and leading to casualties and damage.
- According to the national authorities, at least 800 people in Thuong Hoa Commune (Minh Hoa District, Quang Binh Province) have been affected by landslides as well as 30 households in Kyson District (Nghe An Province).
- For the next 24 hours, moderate to heavy rain with thunderstorms is forecast over most parts of central ad southern Vietnam.
