Heavy rainfall affected the Ha Tinh province in north-central Viet Nam on 24-25 May, causing flooding that has resulted in damage.
According to the ASEAN Disaster Information Network (ADINet), as of 26 May, a total of 1,800 people and 450 houses have been affected by floods, and more than 2,220 hectares of crops have been damaged.
On 27-28, more rainfall is forecast for Vietnam. Very heavy rainfall is expected over the northern part of the country on 29 May.
