Facing with the severe damage & lost caused by flood happened recently in provinces in the Central of Vietnam, on October 10th, 2005, Vietnam Red Cross NHQs has decided to provide emergency relief of VND 120 million and 750 household kit containing blanket, mosquito-net, frying-pan, kettle,.. to assist most vulnerable people affected by the flood in the provinces of Quang Tri, Quang Binh, Thua Thien Thue. The total value of the relief was VND 345 million.
