Specifically, the report of Uong Bi City on the evening of August 26 showed that the whole city was flooded in some areas and residential areas. The total number of households flooded is 528 households, of which 89 households in Quang Trung ward can only escape from the flood until 11 pm.

The city's Central Market was flooded, affecting 171 business households in the market. Landslides and rocks at some points in Thuong Yen Cong commune, Vang Danh ward and Bac Son ward.

Damage to a number of physical facilities and public works such as fences, irrigation ditches; damaged electronic equipment in people's houses, such as televisions, washing machines, computers, refrigerators, fans, etc. About 2,000 cattle and poultry died; 32ha of rice and vegetables were spilled; 5ha of aquaculture was flooded, loss of fish and shrimp.

Estimated total damage in Uong Bi city due to the impact of rain and flood of storm No. 3 by the end of August 26 is about 11.7 billion VND.

In Son La province, in the districts of Van Ho, Moc Chau, Yen Chau, Mai Son, Song Ma, Phu Yen, Son La city had heavy rain, causing landslides and damage to road works. . According to initial statistics, heavy rain on a large scale has caused landslides, landslides, and alluvial deposits of nearly 250 positions/more than 5,600m3; Sound drop at six positions/63m, flooded at six positions/450m, damaged bridges and culverts 17 pieces.

In Tuyen Quang province, heavy rain damaged 16 houses of people; more than 324ha of rice and crop areas were flooded; 2.5ha of aquaculture pond overflowed; more than 22 hectares of trees are flooded every year. Many roads and bridges overflowing traffic in Son Duong and Yen Son districts were flooded, landslides prevented cars and motorbikes from traveling.

In the area of ​​Deso village, Ia Me commune, Chu Prong district (Gia Lai), heavy rain and lightning caused two deaths (due to lightning strikes). Immediately after the disaster happened, local authorities in Gia Lai province visited, offered condolences and supported each victim's family two million dong to take care of the aftermath.

The Sub-Department of Irrigation, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Hai Duong province said that the heavy rain due to the influence of the low pressure area weakened from the storm No. 3 has caused many areas of rice, vegetables and fruit trees to be damaged. flooding. Heavy rain caused more than 3,400ha of rice to be flooded; in which white flooded is 732ha, flooded about 3/4 trees is 573ha.
