Vietnam CCNDPC has carried out evacuation and relocation of residents from 4 provinces / cities : Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Ba Ria Vung Tau and Ho Chi Minh City.

Of that, Phu Quy island district (Binh Thuan province) has already completed the relocation of 199 households / 934 people; Can Gio District (Ho Chi Minh City) plans to relocate 4,151 people (with wind storm) and 1,928 people (with tropical cyclone); For Ba Ria Vung Tau province, the displacement is expected to be 42,423 households / 158,534 people.

Central Highlands: harvested 88% of winter rice area, 17.8 thousand ha.

South Central Coast: 66% of winter rice area was harvested, 43,700 ha of unprocessed area.
