The Tropical Disturbance that formed Thursday night near Rennell Islands, Solomon Islands was officially named Cyclone Solo Friday 10 April. Guidance from the Joint Typhoon Warning Centre in Tokyo and the Fiji Met Office currently has it as a Category 2 Cyclone.
