Overview
From 10 to 31 October, the Emergency Telecommunications Cluster (ETC) conducted a user satisfaction survey among humanitarian organizations in Ukraine to evaluate and gather feedback about the effectiveness of ETC services and activities provided in 2024.
ETC services included in the survey are internet connectivity, customer support, and security communications, which include radio systems support, programming, and training.
ETC activities included in the survey are coordination and Information Management (IM).
ETC services and activities provided for humanitarians are located in 16 sites in Ukraine―Dnipro, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Kramatorsk, Kehychivka, Kropyvnytskyi, Mykolaiv, Luch, Orly, Pokrovsk, Poltava, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Pershotravensk.
The survey gathered feedback from humanitarians using ETC services in the response in 2024 and identified areas where the cluster aims to improve in 2025. The findings will help the ETC in Ukraine to better understand the needs of humanitarian responders to the emergency and how to enhance these services in Ukraine.
