Military activities intensifying in sub-urban and urban areas of Donetsk and Luhansk cities with further increase anticipated in humanitarian needs in the areas.

Reports of displacement from Donetsk towards the west (Krasnoarmiis’k), south (Mariupol) and east (Russian Federation); and from Luhansk primarily to the east (Russian Federation).

Restoration of essential services (except water supply) continues in the areas north of Donetsk, retaken by the Government, with reports of IDPs returning from within Donetsk oblast.
