Ukraine: President asks cabinet to help flooded regions
Victor Yushchenko has requested Prime Minister
Yuriy Yekhanurov to help the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Ivano-Frankisvsk,
Lviv and Chernivtsi deal with effects of recent floods.
"Due to the emergency in Crimea and Ukraine's western regions, I ask you to help villages, farms and people hit by the disaster," he wrote in a letter to the cabinet.
