Two years ago, there was not a single national demining machine in Ukraine. Today, we have nearly a dozen manufacturers creating world-class equipment. They are not only meeting urgent needs they are building the future. Fully localized production creates new jobs, drives industrial development, and adds value to the economy.
The market is becoming more flexible: rental, leasing, servicing - all of this is now a reality. For instance, a new rental model allows an operator to lease a machine even for a few days to efficiently complete specific tasks. And the opening of service centers in Ukraine is accelerating equipment turnaround - sometimes reducing downtime from weeks to just a few days.
We already have the first successful examples of localization of key machine components, and this is just the beginning. This spring, a state standard for mechanical demining processes was adopted another step toward an organized and robust system.
We believe that what is being built in Ukraine today can become the new global standard. And our mission is to help every promising idea come to life. My thanks to everyone working to demine our land. There is - and will be - work for everyone who is ready to move forward.
